Elizabeth believes that by working to heal ourselves we increase our power as healing forces in the world. She has experienced many of the life challenges that lead to personal transformation, including that of living mindfully in the business world. Her path of self-exploration has led her to a place of personal integration and intuitive awareness. Through Inner Reflections, she seeks to help others examine their personal truths and honor their inner wisdom. As a wellness consultant, energy healer and practical mystic, Elizabeth teaches clear, simple and practical healing techniques which can be integrated into our busy everyday lives. Elizabeth has studied at Mt. St. Mary College in NY, the Polarity Realization Center in MA. and with a variety of world famous spiritual and holistic healers throughout the United States. She is a Registered Polarity Practitioner (R.P.P.), a Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher. She is a member of the American Polarity Therapy Association. Elizabeth's wellness education consultations and integrated therapy services are available worldwide. She has offices in North Carolina, Massachusetts, Florida and Pennsylvania.
