Reiki, The Polarity Way
This course is a powerful healing journey to self-mastery, along with the ability to become an Independent Reiki Master. This class is taught as a three month long intensive, meeting for one weekend a month. You will be attuned to the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki System of Natural Healing and the Raku Kei Reiki System of Natural Healing , along with a beginning understanding of Polarity Therapy.
Exploration begins with healing on the physical body and learning powerful self-healing techniques during the first weekend.
The second weekend explores the mental and emotional bodies. Clearing the 'stories' that keep you from creating the life you desire. A form of distance healing will also be taught so that your family and friends can receive healing energy even if they live far away!
The third and final weekend celebrates the divine within and assists in manifesting your highest potential. A beginning understanding of how to teach Reiki will also be taught.
This class is about personal transformation and self-realization.
Infinite Movement...Infinite Grace
Breath, sound and movement are used to clear the kinks and tired places held within the body. These energy blockages keep the divine energy from flowing freely through your being. By releasing this stuck energy we create more flexibility within the body and within our lives. Pain can be eased and breath opens, allowing more of the full expression of who you are in. Come and play and experience the magic of these classes!

This workshop is about discovering.

Awakening the Body, Freeing the Soul
The Tantric Way to Divine Consciousness
In this workshop we explore the art of spiritualizing our sexuality. The tantric journey encourages us to utilize the sexual energy consciously, opening all of our energy channels and reuniting us with our divinity. As we expand our conscious awareness, we let go of limiting beliefs and concepts, healing past traumas as we move freely into our bodies, experiencing the joy and ecstasy of the divine.
In this class we discover the power of the Fire Breath Chakra Clearing technique, designed to balance the female (Shakti) and the male (Shiva) energy principles. It is one of many tantric exercises used to assist in awakening the Kundalini energy in a safe way.

Chakras, Chakras and more Chakras
These classes offer an in-depth look at the seven major energy centers and their role in how the charkas affect our lives. There will be group healings for each energy center and you will learn how to clear and activate these centers for your personal healing.
